No Better Time To Buy A House Than Now
December 21st, 2007 5:43 AM

BUT NOW !!!!!! REAP ENORMOUS BENEFITS LATER !!!!!

There has never been a better time to buy a new home than now.  With new home inventory at an all time high and potential buyers near an all time low, builders are making tremendous price reductions and offering incentives to buyers that make an investment in a new home very attractive.

In many cases, houses that have been on the market and have appraised at values in the $400,000 range, are now selling in the low $300,000 range. The same scenario is true for houses priced at the lower end of the spectrum also.

A buyer who purchases one of these homes at a deeply discounted price now could realize an almost $100,000 equity gain once the real estate market comes back, and it will come back.

The sub-prime mortgage publicity seems to have caused great concern in the minds of potential buyers. Actually the sub-prime mortgage market is less than 3% of the home mortgage industry. Loans at great interest rates are readilly available today for those buyers interested in purchasing a new home.
